Sysera Engineering
Software we build.
Infrastructure we run.
Mobile and web applications, servers, networks and telephony — designed, deployed and supported by the same team that keeps them running afterwards.

How we are organised
One team, two practices
They share the same engineers and the same support desk. They are quoted, scoped and delivered separately, because they answer different questions.
Technology & infrastructure
Everything we build ourselves and everything we keep running — applications with no product behind them, and the servers, networks and phone systems the business sits on.
- Built to order, owned by you
- Scoped in sites, nodes and SLAs
- Answers "what should this run on?"
Capabilities
What the engineering practice delivers
Mobile applications
Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android — field teams, delivery, sales and customer-facing apps, published under your own developer accounts.
- iOS and Android from one codebase
- Offline-first sync for field work
- Store submission and release management
- Backend APIs, or integration with your existing system
Web applications & websites
Corporate sites, customer portals, booking and e-commerce — built to be edited by your own team once we hand them over.
- Corporate sites and landing pages
- Customer and supplier portals
- E-commerce and online payment
- Arabic and English, right-to-left throughout
Servers & cloud
Specifying, installing and running the machines your systems live on — on your premises, in a data centre, or on cloud infrastructure you own.
- Server sizing, supply and installation
- Virtualisation and container hosting
- Backup, replication and tested restores
- Monitoring, patching and 24/7 alerting
Networks & structured cabling
The layer everything else depends on — designed as a site survey and a drawing before anyone pulls a cable.
- Structured cabling, racks and patching
- Managed switching, routing and VLANs
- Enterprise Wi-Fi with site surveys
- Firewalls, VPN and branch links
Telephony & PBX
IP exchanges, extensions and call flows — including the call centre features most companies buy a separate product for.
- IP PBX supply, install and configuration
- Extensions, IVR menus and call queues
- Call recording and reporting
- Analogue and hybrid line migration
Managed IT support
A contracted desk rather than a phone number — with a response time written into the agreement.
- Helpdesk with agreed response times
- On-site visits and preventive maintenance
- Endpoint, antivirus and update management
- Asset register and licence tracking
Measured, not assumed
We hand over the readings, not adjectives
Every network and telephony job closes with the measurements: link throughput, latency under load, jitter on the voice path and the certification result for each cable run. If the numbers are not there, the job is not finished.
- Cable certification per run, to category
- Throughput and latency under simulated load
- Voice quality scored before sign-off
- Monitoring live from day one
How a job runs
Survey, build, hand over, support
Survey
A site visit, a drawing and a written scope with quantities — before a price, not after it.
Build
Installation and configuration to the drawing, with changes logged rather than absorbed silently.
Hand over
Test results, as-built drawings, credentials and a walkthrough with the people who will use it.
Support
An optional contract with a response time, or a call-out rate agreed in advance.
Book a site survey
Tell us the site and what it has to carry. The survey and the written scope come before any quotation.
